Questions

How do I upgrade?

In the Floonova app, open Plan, choose Pro or Pro+, and pay on Paddle's secure checkout. Your plan switches on in a few seconds.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. In the app, open Plan, then Manage subscription, and cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and it doesn't renew.

Can I switch between Pro and Pro+, or monthly and yearly?

Yes, in the app under Plan. You see exactly what the switch costs before you confirm. Moving up is charged straight away, less the unused part of your current plan; moving down leaves a credit that your next payments use up.

What happens to my recordings if I stop paying?

Recordings on your computer are always yours, on any plan. Recordings you uploaded stay too: you can still watch, download and delete them, and links you've shared keep working. Uploading new recordings and making new links needs Pro again.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan has no time limit, so you can try Floonova as long as you like. And if Pro isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of paying and we'll refund you in full — see the refund policy.

How do I pay?

With a card, or the other payment methods Paddle offers where you are. Paddle sends your receipts and invoices, and handles tax.
