Terms of service
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Paul's Techno Crafts Private Limited, the company that makes Floonova. By using Floonova, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure: anything done with your Floonova account is your responsibility. You can delete your account at any time, in the app, under Delete account….
Your recordings are yours
You own what you record. To run Floonova, you allow us to store, process and show your uploaded recordings: to keep them, turn them into one file that plays on phones, and play them to the people you share links with. This permission ends when you delete a recording or your account.
What you record and share
You're responsible for what you record, stream and share, and for having the right to do so. That includes other people's work, such as a game, video or music, when you stream it or react to it, and other people's voices and faces, when you record them. Don't use Floonova to:
- break the law, or anyone's copyright or other rights;
- record or share people without the permission the law requires;
- share content that is abusive, harassing, sexually exploits anyone, or promotes violence;
- spread malware, or try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
We can remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we'll tell you why when we do.
Share links
Anyone with a share link can watch that recording, and download it if you allow downloads. Share links only with people you want to see the recording. You can stop sharing at any time.
Live streaming
When you go live, you stream directly to the platform you choose, such as YouTube, Twitch, Facebook or LinkedIn. That platform's own terms apply to your stream. We aren't responsible for those platforms or what happens there.
Plans, payments and renewals
Floonova has a Free plan and paid plans, Pro and Pro+. What each includes, and what it costs, is on our pricing page. Until paid plans launch, everything in Floonova is free.
- Who you buy from. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders: it charges you, collects any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipts. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase too. We never see or store your full card details.
- Renewals. A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price you were shown, until you cancel. Paddle emails you a receipt for every payment.
- Changing plan. You can switch between Pro and Pro+, or between monthly and yearly, in the app under Plan. You're shown the price before you confirm. Moving up is charged straight away, less the unused part of your current plan; moving down leaves a credit that your next payments use up.
- Cancelling. You can cancel any time, in the app under Plan, then Manage subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and it doesn't renew.
- Refunds. Every payment comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our refund policy.
- Price changes. If a plan's price changes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
- Storage. Each plan has a cloud storage allowance. When you reach it, new uploads pause until you free up space or change plan; nothing already uploaded is removed.
- When a paid plan ends. Your account moves to the Free plan. Recordings on your computer are always yours. Recordings you uploaded stay: you can still watch, download and delete them, and links you've shared keep working. Uploading new recordings and making new links needs a paid plan again.
Floonova keeps improving, so features may change. We won't take away a feature you've paid for during the period you've paid for.
Updates
The app keeps itself up to date and installs updates automatically. Some fixes can't reach you without them, so please don't block updates.
Floonova is provided as is
We work hard to keep Floonova reliable, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything important. Recordings stay on your computer unless you delete them.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Floonova in the 12 months before it, or 1,000 Indian rupees if you haven't paid anything. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using Floonova and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. If we ever shut Floonova down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can download your recordings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app before an important change takes effect. If you keep using Floonova after that, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please write to us at support@floonova.com so we can try to put things right.
