Choose Loom if
- Your team trades short video messages and wants them in one shared workspace, with comments and reactions.
- You want AI features built into your videos, on Loom's Business + AI plan.
- You often record on your phone rather than your computer.
Choose Floonova if
- Your recordings run longer than a few minutes and you don't want to pay for that.
- You want to go live on YouTube, Twitch, Facebook or LinkedIn from the same app.
- You'd like your phone as the camera for a sharper picture than your laptop's.
- You finish videos in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve, or simply want your recordings kept on your own computer.
Loom details checked on 28 October 2026 at loom.com/pricing. On live streaming, Loom's own FAQ says it doesn't offer it (loom.com).
